The bright ocean blue of the curacao will simply remind you of a beach holiday in Hawaii, or the Caribbean – so get in the mood with this delicious cocktail.
Serves: 1
Ingredients
o 2fl.oz/60ml blue Curacao
o 5fl.oz/150ml white wine
o 2fl.oz/60ml pineapple juice
o a few drops orange bitters
o Soda top up
o Slices of orange (up to you how many)
Method
In a mixing glass, combine all the ingredients except the soda water.
Add ice and stir.
Drain through a sieve to remove the ice.
Decorate with extra orange and brightly coloured flowers.
